Pricing Policy - Service Providers
This Pricing Policy defines how pricing and payments are managed on Fixify ("Platform") for service providers. By using the platform, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. Platform Role
Fixify is a technology platform connecting customers with service providers and does not directly provide services.
2. Pricing Structure
- Inspection Fee
- Repair / Service Fee
3. Inspection Fee
- May be authorized before service confirmation
- Captured after inspection completion
- Minimum fee: 80 AED
Fees may vary by service or location but will not fall below the minimum.
4. Repair Pricing
Service providers are responsible for setting repair prices. Fixify may review pricing for fairness.
5. Platform Commission
- Current commission: 15%
- May apply to full or partial service value
6. Payment Processing
- Payments are processed through the platform
- Split payments between provider, platform, and taxes
- Third-party providers (e.g., Stripe) are used
Off-platform payments are prohibited.
7. Taxes
Service providers are responsible for all taxes and financial obligations.
8. Cancellation Policy
- No fee before technician starts travel
- No fee before arrival
- Inspection fee applies after arrival
Customers may decline repair after inspection and only inspection fees apply.
9. Transparency
All fees are clearly displayed before confirmation. Hidden fees are prohibited.
10. Pricing Monitoring
Fixify may review pricing behavior to ensure fairness.
11. Updates
This policy may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
